Find out more about Christopher Patrick Illustration

What is digital illustration?

Digital illustration is the creation of artwork using digital tools and techniques rather than traditional materials like pencils, paints, or brushes. It involves the use of computer software and hardware such as drawing tablets and styluses (in place of a traditional pen, pencil or paintbrush), and graphic design programs like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

If required, the digital illustrations can be brought to life with animation using a range of tools including Adobe Premier Pro.

What type of artwork do you provide?

As you can see from the artwork displayed over in the gallery, most of the samples are cartoony in nature. However, I have provided artwork for a whole range of projects, including those with a more corporate look. This has included book illustrations; mobile app icons and images; logo design; art for websites; images for playing cards; concept art for board games; banners and emotes for streamers and much more.

With a mixture of photo editing and illustration I can provide concept art and mock-up shots for your products, bringing your ideas to life in a realistic manner. Photo editing services are also offered to enhance and repair or to change the composition or tone of a shot.

If you're not sure if I can help, drop me a message via my contact page, I'd love to find our more about your project and we can figure it out together. If it turns out I can help, great! The next step will be to provide you with a quote.

How do I get a quote from you?

You can request a quote here. Please provide as much information as you can - the confidentiality of your project will be respected right from initial contact.

If you're not sure exactly what you are looking for, don't worry! I'm happy to discuss your project with you further so that the quote you receive fully covers your requirements.

If you'd prefer to discuss your project over the phone, please include your phone number and the best time to call when submitting the 'request a quote' form.

Why should I use Christopher Patrick Illustration?

If you've got this far, I'm hoping there is already something about my art that appeals to you, but it's not just the art that matters...

I take pride in taking the time to find out exactly what you need and work closely with clients throughout the whole process to ensure the finished artwork meets your needs and exceeds your expectations. This is backed up by reviews from my previous clients.

Every project is important and it is a privilege to help you bring your vision to life.

What will I receive from you?

This will be discussed in detail at the quote stage. However, artwork and/or animations will be sent to you as a digital file in a format agreed at the beginning of the project to suit your needs (typically as jpg, png, psd, ai or pdf files).

I do not provide printed artwork or products but the artwork will be yours to display and print as required.

How much does it cost?

Every project varies, so the only way to get an accurate and fair answer, based on your exact requirements, is to request a quote. Once you have received your quote, you can take your time to decide your next step - no pressure and no sales calls.

There is a lot to consider and costs depend on a number of factors: the number of images required; whether full backgrounds are needed for the image(s); the style required; how much initial design work needs to be done; and how quickly the art is needed.

If you have any more questions or need additional information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
